How many guests can the space accomodate?
Our Space can comfortably seat 40-50 guests (not the case if there will be play structures for kids party).
Do we get extra time to set up / clean up?
The rental time slot is inclusive of set up and clean up time. Please request in advance additional time needed, an additional fee may be applied.
Do you have a kitchen?
A kitchenette is available with a fridge, sink, counter top air fryer and coffee maker. There is no stove on sight.
Can I bring food and drinks?
If space is booked for photo purposes, food and drinks are not allowed, unless approved by management (cleaning fee may be requested). If space is booked for event purposes, outside food and catering is allowed.
Can we bring alcoholic beverages/drugs?
No, alcoholic beverages and drugs are strictly prohibited!
Can I rent the space without the decor package and can I bring outside Vendors?
Yes, you can book just the space without our decor packages and other outside vendors can be used.
How do I secure my booking?
If space is booked for photo purposes, full payment is required at booking. If the space is booked for event purposes, a 50% non refundablesecurity deposit is required and the balance 72 hours before event.
Can I cancel / postpone?
You have the option to cancel or postpone your hire. Please let the studio know reason for cancellation 48 hours prior to your booking. As the slot was held for your exclusive use on the requested date, no refunds apply to cancelled/postponed bookings, however you will be provided with a credit to rebook with us within 12 months (based on availability). No-show appointments and cancellations made less than 48 hours will not receive a refund or credit.
General Rules

Do not hang anything on the walls. Client will incur fees if there are damages to the walls.
Parking
There is free parking at the front of the building. If full, there is free street parking.
WIFI
There is free WIFI on site, please ask staff for details.
Cleaning and Damage
For event bookings, a mandatory $50 cleaning fee is required.
An additional fee will be charged if items not belonging to the space are left behind. For photo bookings, the space must be returned to its original condition before your scheduled time ends. At time of booking, a liability form with credit card hold or a refundable security deposit is required to ensure that there are no damages done to props, equipment, walls, flooring, drapery or furniture.
During snowy/rainy days, you are encouraged to leave your outside shoes at the entrance and use indoor shoes when taking pictures. Damage to the walls, floors, equipments, props, furniture damage is subject to a starting fee of $500 damage fee. A cleaning fee will be charged if furniture are stained.
All garbage must be placed into garbage bins near the kitchenette.
